Beckenham Concert Band

Beckenham Concert Band

The Beckenham Concert Band is a friendly community band and plays for the enjoyment of its members, to continuously improve and raise money for good causes. The band is at home playing on a bandstand on the south coast, giving formal concerts or performing at historic locations such as Dover Castle. We perform across London and the South East and have enjoyed recent music tours to France in 2010 and Germany in 2014. The bandís repertoire ranges from traditional marches, popular show selections to light classics and contemporary pieces for concert band.

The Beckenham Concert Band has also been invited to perform at national charitable events for organizations such as The Children's Society, Great Ormond Street Hospital, and English Heritage. In November 2009 the band joined with 200 other performers in a Remembrance Day Concert organised by the Veteranís Association of America in Londonís Westminster Central Hall.
