John McClean and the Clan headline a fantastic lineup of live music at Effra Social which they've curated. They'll bring their distinctive blend of blues, soul, gospel and rock alongside The Grove and The Long String Hawkers. Doors open at 6:30pm. Ticketed live music runs from 7pm to 10pm, with London-based DJ Swerve on the decks from 10pm till late — free entry for the afterparty set.

Seven-piece SE Londoners The Grove match neo-soul sound with elements of jazz, funk and indie, wrapped up within catchy songwriting. They've headlined at The Troubadour, The Bedford and The Water Rats. Over 1.5 million streams to-date, the band have played festivals up and down the country, and have recently appeared on BBC Introducing, BBC Radio 1 and Robert Elms.
