Gemini
Gemini has performed worldwide and given frequent broadcasts. Four CDs have been critics’ Disc of the Year. Repertoire has included ‘standard’ chamber music, new music, and music theatre. Gemini helped start the Hidden Sounds festival from which emerged the influential organisation Women in Music.
A pioneer in the field of performers-in-education, Gemini has undertaken numerous educational residencies helping pupils and students compose music for the ensemble’s concerts. It has been Ensemble-in-Residence at the Universities of Surrey, Goldsmiths College, Bristol and Exeter.
